"The waitresses in the cafetalera were rude. EHile the service was prompt I was very dissatisfied with the service. I had to tell them multiple times to allow my husband and I to eat. If they wanted to come get the plates they should jus take them if on side instead of assuming we were done we had to go back several times and it was bothersome because I shouldn’t have to spend my time getting up getting new food and drinks when I’m trying to enjoy myself and relax and feel better when I traveled and paid $500 to stay somewhere the room we arrived was dirty the receptionist rude. We were taken to the wrong location when I let the woman know she rolled her eyes at me and muttered gringa under. Breath which is very offensive to me and my husband for a myriad of reasons when I corrected her in Spanish she reacted rude . Many of the waitresses rolled their eyes at the women I would not come back. The beds are really comfortable. The pools were pretty clean. Food was EXCellent !!!!!!!! "

"Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well"

"Es un lugar sensillo para pasar unos dia tranquilo. Lo mejot de todo es whe tiene una cosina para tu cosinar tu propia comida. Y sobre todo la limpieza 10 de 10. No es algo lujoso pero si. Tranquilo y limpio. La nevera es sensilla pero enfrio en un dosnpor tres. "
