Perfectly situated next to the ferry to Cozumel and just minutes away from authentic Mexican shops, boutiques, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and the bars and night clubs of Playa del Carmen's pedestrian only corridor - 5th Avenue.
This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo offers the amenities of a luxury hotel, the comforts of home, and a view that will take your breath away. Features include: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area with satellite TV and a utility room equipped with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath and plenty of closet space, and the oceanfront guest bedroom features two double beds and a private bath.
Senor Frog's Restaurant and Bar is located on premise at beach level; enjoy friendly tableside service as well as use of their lounge chairs and beach umbrellas, volleyball net and trampoline.
