Concrete bed

The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star

Great location

Easy to get in and out. Take your earplugs and keep the bathroom door shut and the noise from the clubs aren’t that bad. Can’t complain for the price!

Great location and management

Ideal location for access to the public beach, clubs and main tourist area of Playa. Noise is as advertised, but value is great. Minor issues that came up were promptly resolved by property manager Carlos. He was a pleasure to work with.

We stayed at The Reef Coco Beach for the first 5 nights of our stay and here for the last 3. I wish we would’ve stayed here the entire stay. Communication with the property manager was great! Even with someone like me who tends to be difficult. As reviews have said it is loud at night, as to be expected if you are going to stay ANYWHERE on 5th ave. Walking distance to anything you could want taxis, beach, bus stop or ferry to Cozumel. Amazing property especially for the price.

Nice location on 5th

Nice location if you want to be near all the 5th avenue action. The beach is a 5 minute walk, or less if you're faster. You can hear the clubs at night, so take that in consideration when booking at this hotel

Ich habe über das neue Jahr zwei Nächte hier übernachtet und alles war top. Die Einrichtung ist minimalistisch und geschmacksvoll. Die Kommunikation lief super. Aufgrund der Lage kann es hier etwas laut werden, aber die Lage ist unschlagbar auf der 5ta Avenida.

Great Place to Stay

Amazing location right on 5th Avenue (main strip in PDC). The room was perfect, a bed, shower toilet and closet. It can get noisy at night as there are many bars, but that would happen most places you stay in PDC.
