"I chose Hyatt Vivid for a solo trip to Playa and it did not disappoint. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the pool was phenomenal. I think the food is on par with other All Inclusives at similar price points. I have had better food but paid a premium for it. The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating."

"Solo traveler-Devossion was a beautiful property. The service was A1 and responsive. They treated me extremely well as an Expedia guest. The food was pretty solid. Breakfast was good, Italian restaurant was solid and the steakhouse fairly good. The drinks could have been a tad stronger but overall they were better than most all inclusives. I love how the property is really close to downtown Playa Del Carmen."

"This is a really lovely hotel and we had a great relaxing holiday. The staff are all so nice and really helpful. The pools are lovely and the food is also good which isn’t always the case with all inclusive. The only issue was that there were water problems in the town and water was cut out for a good few hours on 2 of the days. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel but they handled badly by not telling people and having them à heads up. There were no toilets for 4 hours and if they had been more proactive then people could make alternative plans. Other than that I would go back anytime!"
