"After coming from an underwhelming all inclusive, our stay here was a breath of fresh air. Everything is new, clean, and nicely updated. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The pool is clean and stays open until 10 PM, which was a nice bonus. There are also plenty of clean towels available, and you never have to bargain or beg for fresh ones! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend this place to others."

"We put up a 250$ deposit at check-in. When we ordered room service food, the delivery person said we could not charge to room unless we put up another 300$ deposit! We paid 120$ cash. The next day we talked with front desk thinking the delivery person made a mistake calculating pesos to dollars! Received 20$ refund next day."
