The entire staff at Antera Hotel was Excellent. The front desk staff and the security staff was so friendly and helpful they attended to all our needs making our stay so pleasant. One staff member Pavel in particular was outstanding and helpful to my husband and myself. We definitely will be back to stay at the Antera Hotel.

I highly recommend Antera hotel to everyone this place was a great stay for me and my mother. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We flow into Cancun and took the ADO bus which was a 45 min ride for $15 for an air condition ride. The station is a 6 min walk from the hotel. Antera Hotel ambience is top tier and affordable. Location! Location! Location! Five minute walk to the beach, and restaurants. 10 minute walk from both malls to do shopping! If you’re looking for a place to stay in playa del Carmen and don’t walk to break the bank, this is the place to stay. Felt safe my entire stay due to security, and the staff was beyond accommodating.

My mom and I loved our stay at Antera! All the staff at the hotel and restaurant were so lovely, and our room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Our room (3rd floor residences) also faced the courtyard, so the nightlife noise was minimal (and only on the weekends). The only small issues we had were our showers not heating up well, and the 12am quiet hours not always being upheld. Thank you everyone at Antera for making our stay wonderful!

Antera was perfect for what my family needed. Walking distance to the beach, safe, lots of shops and restaurants close by, nightlife, and close to Xcaret park. We had to wait until 3pm to get our room but that’s check-in.
