The space consists of a private condominium built on the entire top floor of a boutique hotel , allowing access for you and your guests through the hotel lobby . The hotel also has a 24/7 lobby and guard.

Guest access is through the 3beca hotel entrance on 1st Street . Guests are allowed exclusive access to the Penthouse Suite.

We live off premises but nearby and are always available to assist you with anything you need. This is your vacation and it is my job to ensure that you have an excellent time. If you have questions, please ask.

Electricity in Mexico is very expensive, and guests are politely asked to conserve energy whenever possible by limiting the use of air conditioning when not occupying the space (When you head across the street to the beach).8
We ask that you take care of the condominium and the items inside. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited, but you can always smoke on the balcony. No pets are allowed on the premises. The property is located in the entertainment district, and it may be a bit loud for some people. We thank you in advance for treating the property with respect, and we would love to have you back.
