From the moment we arrived, the space felt like home—peaceful, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed with my two nieces, and the villa offered the perfect blend of privacy, beauty, and calm. We spent our mornings enjoying the stunning view, and our evenings just soaking in the stillness of the surroundings. Every detail—from the layout to the ambiance—felt thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to truly unwind and reconnect. It was the kind of stay that makes you pause, breathe, and remember what vacation is supposed to feel like. We left feeling recharged and grateful. "This was truly a beautiful and well maintained condo. The patio being the full length of the condo is unreal, with the beautiful covered roof, we were out there often and enjoyed the fun bar, TV, and incredible view. Comfortable rooms, nice shower, all in one washer/dryer isn’t ideal but is so nice to have laundry in/unit. The building a whole was clean but could use a lot of updating. Seemed like they were working towards that. The 6pm cut off of the pool and beach door access was a bit early for us, but it didn’t hinder our stay. We loved being on such a gorgeous beach as well as an easy walk to other gorgeous beaches. We loved it, and would recommend! "

"Location: Awesome! Right on the beach. Note: don’t expect to swim. Water is way too choppy. View is stunning! Lots of area businesses within walking distance. Locals are so nice! Close to Luquillo Beach, awesome beach & authentic restaurants.Condo: secure gated community is a plus. Security employees so helpful & nice. Note: garage is under west building & condo is East building. It’s a walk back and forth from parking spot to condo. Security outweighs walk. One elevator wasn’t working. Long wait. Condo space is great! Can’t beat having 3 separate bedrooms. Walls and ceiling need undates. Otherwise really nice. King and queen beds really comfortable. Bunk beds need mattresses updated. Pool is closed 6:00pm. Would be nice to use in evenings when back for the night. Overall, I’d recommend this property!! Had a great time. "

"There were so many things wrong with this apartment that is hard to know where to begin. First, I will start with the good parts.The location is excellent. The apartment main window and balcony look out on the beach. It’s a long stretch of Sandy Beach that goes on for miles in either direction. It’s gorgeous. It’s a north eastern exposure so it gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon.That’s about it for the good stuff. Now the bad.The apartment is poorly maintained. We arrive to a broken bathroom sink, literally cracked and missing chunks. The manager, Pablo, said he would fix it “tomorrow morning“. But nobody ever came. There was no light in the bathroom. There was a desk lamp plugged in next to the broken sink, a very serious electrical hazard.Everything in the apartment was old. There was a clock on the wall that didn’t work. I thought that the battery needed to be replaced. There was no battery in it. So I bought some batteries. But the clock just didn’t work even with new batteries. The furniture in the living room was functional, but old and shabby. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The blanket was warm. The air conditioner, only in the bedroom, worked well. The window looking out from the bedroom was old and dirty. It couldn’t be opened.Everything in and outside of the apartment was rusty. The building is right on the beach so it’s understandable that things rust quickly. The bars surrounding the balcony were rusty and some spots were ruste"
