"The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. "

"Family Bad Bunny Trip. The house is as described. It doesn’t disappoint. The basketball court was a plus & yes it’s in the backyard. A private pool and huge backyard perfect for entertaining everyone. All the adults had their own comfortable rooms with ac. It is close to activities, shopping, restaurants, and quick drive to San Juan. Would stay again"

"My family had a nice time staying here. The check-in process was easy, communication with the host was quick and she was very helpful. The place was clean and had everything you need. The view was beautiful and hearing the waves was awesome. The building where this apartment is located in is old looking and there is one elevator working. Be aware that the washer and dryer that is mentioned is not in the apartment. It is for the entire building and is located on the ground floor. It is also 6.00 dollars for every wash and drying load. You have to load a card with cash. "

"Best host I have had direct contact allowed for a seamless check in process and check out. Great list of activities to do around the island as well as excellent food suggestions. Place is clean and comfortable with a excellent view of the beach as well as walking distance to beach."
"Lovely house, location was great-close to beaches, kiosks, and El Yunque. We hired a private chef through the host and it was excellent. Loved the large outdoor area for friends to hangout on and plenty of room for all of us (There were 9 of us). It was a great way to celebrate friends and enjoy wonderful Puerto Rico!!"
"The host was highly responsive and clear with the instructions and was willing to help me out with all my needs. The parking space for me that had a knee surgery two months ago was a little far from the apartment. The place was clean and the ocean view was spectacular. Be open mind because this building was built in the 80 so you will see some details here and there. The security personnel and building employees were very polite and friendly. At the time of my stay the pool was close by the administration for repairs. If the pool is a must have for you be sure to ask for availability before booking. "
