"We had a very warm welcome by the staff and in our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. For example, we had issues with our 3rd party airport shuttle and Brando assisted with securing a different ride."

"Beautiful resort with top-notch food—we tried everything and were never disappointed. The staff are amazing, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating. The resort even has a dedicated chef for dietary restrictions. Our butler, Oscar, truly went above and beyond. He was on top of everything and surprised us throughout our stay, including special touches for our anniversary. The nightly shows were great, and Mexican Night was AWESOME. I loved that only two restaurants required reservations—it made dinners stress-free and easy to walk in anywhere. The beach was beautiful, the room was spacious, and we loved having two washrooms. The oceanfront swim-up had a gorgeous view and easy swim-out access. The only downside of the entire trip was that the pools were cold—otherwise, absolute perfection. Thank you to Oscar and all the Majestic Mirage employees who made this trip truly memorable."

"We had literally the best week of our lives at this resort! We were so well taken care of by all of the staff, especially our butler, Mel. He helped us with anything and everything that we needed during our stay. On our anniversary, he decorated the room in rose petals and brought us a special bottle of champagne. Our favorite restaurant was El Gaucho and our waiter was Joaquin. His service was excellent and he made sure that we had everything we needed at every return. The food at every restaurant on the resort was incredible. We are big foodies and we had so much fun ordering a bunch of different dishes from each restaurant. We ended up staying in the adult only portion for all of our dinners so we repeated a couple of restaurants but we were happy to do so because the food was so good. The room was always clean and housekeeping made sure of that three times per day. The cabaret show is not to be missed, we really enjoyed the show and the meal. The performers are incredible. And the spa was serene, we really enjoyed the massages and the hydrotherapy. We spent most of our days at the pool and Elias waited on us hand and foot. He was absolutely incredible and such a hard worker. He always checked on us and brought us drinks and food promptly. We were so impressed with all of the activities that were available while on the resort such as yoga, sushi making class, macrame, spin class in the pool, a pole dancing class in the pool, etc! We already cannot wait to come back!!"

"The staff literally cleaned the room every time we left. They are courteous, kid-centric, and especially kind. The rooms are top notch and the swimming area and amenities are first class. My family and I go annually, and we would highly recommend for both singles and families. They have the capacity to serve all. "

"The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something. We met no pushy sales people. The food was good at the buffet and the restaurants. The resort and staff were very family friendly. When our daughter couldn't participate in an activity one of the staff members chased us down and suggested an alternative for her. The kids pool was so warm and sheltered from the wind. The icecream / coffee shop was a favourite. The pool side lounge chairs were often full but we could usually find couple if we walked to another pool. The evening shows were amazing! We had a great trip!!"
