Pros: Amazing adult area/pool, dining options, friendly staff, amenities Cons: Isolated, located on a very steep hill which leads you to rely on calling the concierge to arrange transportation (difficult to get anyone to answer the phone), recommend a rental car

The place to be in Tenerife.

Amazing hotel, 8 pools, shows every night, very nice rooms. What we didn’t like is that we had to commit 180€ from the pool bar for using the pool bed and they charge 2€ Just for calling the waitress. But overall 5* !!

Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. The views from this hotel were amazing. Staff and other visitors were all very friendly. Nightly entertainment was fantastic and I LOVED watching the mid morning workouts in the pool. The instructor seemed very enthusiastic. Our room was good, except we had two twins pushed together instead of a single bed. We also had large cockroaches in our room and on the patio. We stayed 3 nights and found at least 2 each night, 1 was on the bed. It made the room feel "dirtier" even though everything was...

Spent 10 days with our son & wife and grandson. Hotel is Very family oriented. All of the staff very friendly. Food was excelent and plenty to eat. All inclusive is the way to go. Would recomend this hotel to ANYONE. Weather at the time we were there was incredible, for the first part of Jan, 2016. Swam in the pools and in the ocian. Tenerife Island was awesome. The resort is simply amazing - the food, the staff, the service, the landscape - all work together to make the place special. The whole atmosphere was so tranquil and relaxing. This was a special stay. The Prestige rooms are also wonderful.

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!

Great place in a nice location’s

The staff and service is excellent. The food was fantastic. It would be my first choice of accommodations if I’m in the islands again.

Staff was fantastic and accommodating, rooms weee spectacular and they upgraded us without me asking because I asked for a balloon in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Short walk into town along the coast with tons of nice beaches and restaurants... with a short walk from the crazy party scene... would stay here again
