"Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it...

"The staff is so friendly! They make sure that we are comfortable, informed, and enjoying our stay. I will never forget the bellman Dedric. I prejudged him. I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time.
He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit. When we lived here (Peabody Place, Clariage House , and The William Lyn, now the Residence Inn), but we will be staying at the Hu!! "

"The host was more than accommodating for our one night stay on a short notice! The king suite was everything the listing described! Two king-sized bedrooms with nice firm beds, comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Perfectly decorated with adequate space for an overnight, or weekly stay! Cute, historic neighborhood that felt safe with lots of foks taking their daily stroll. Highly recommend!"
