"Breakfast was good. Lots of things to eat- hash browns, juice, coffee, oatmeal etc. rooms were good, clean. It is economical. "

"I checking in and checked a few hours later. The place was run down, out dates, smelled. The pictures on line did not match the photos on hotels.com app. One broken elevator, ceiling texture falling off, everything needed to be painted inside and out. I should have known when I pulled up in the parking lot when I a police tower with cameras was set up in the parking lot this wasn'tthe best place. I told the front desk that I found a better hotel and I was checking, he didn't even offer any type of refund. I will never stay there again and I may start using another hotel search website."

"The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Checked in a little bit after midnight on a Friday night… Staff was not at the front desk, but put a little sign saying they would be back shortly. Attendant came back and check me in quickly, but was not very friendly. Just quiet. Checked in my room….. slept for seven hours, woke up had the free breakfast, which was pretty good. Checked out everything was good. "

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the side of the building. It would be nice if the hotel offered a lower-cost self-parking option for guests. The hotel has a fun atmosphere, but addressing these issues would make the stay much better."
