"Pet area in front of air-conditioner causing a smell of urine. Drug addicts running amuck. Room not clean upon arrival. Not notified of three day cleaning policy. After three days requested room to be be cleaned, given attitude. Room still wasn't cleaned. So disgusted left 2 days early after paying for 7 days. This all while my mom lay dying in the hospital."
