"Clean and friendly staff"

"Good price. Good location (close to restaurants, small, several colleges). Poor service. Bad smell. Old facility needing desperate upgrade. Can’t be covered up by paint. Arrived late evening, new staff without help. Long lines as she learned. Took 45min to 1 hour to check in 3 people. Left and returned. Air/heat less than 6 inches from bed so didn’t reach much of room. Also crusty/rusted shower spout. Dark room only had lamps, and not enough light. Loud neighbors but to make it worse, staff...

"10/10 we were in town for NCAT WEEKEND! Hotel was clean - the staff was extremely nice took care of us. Parking was great and plenty of food surrounding the hotel. Well worth the money"

"The rooms are very nice. They’re nicer than the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The parking is great. I stayed on the first floor, and I noticed you can hear everything in the hallway, especially the housekeeping when they start yelling in the morning. There’s a space between the door and the floor. I don’t understand for that, but you can hear people talking the doors paper Thin I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor if you wanna sleep."

"The staff was very friendly."

"Stayed for 2 nights for a nearby event. It was perfect for our needs. Brittany at the Front Desk was very attentive and super helpful. Every day we were greeted leaving and returning. Lots of parking. Only complaint was the lumpiness of my bed."

"I had a late check-in, and the front desk person, Octavia, was wonderful and helpful and also provided a great cookie!! The room was spotless and well stocked. I also had room service - 12 minutes from order to delivery ."

"Breakfast was subpar for the quality of the hotel."

"Really run down and not clean."

"We stay here all the time. We had a wonderful stay during homecoming weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We especially appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in, which made our weekend that much easier. The staff was welcoming, and everything went smoothly."

"Beautiful property!!!"

"The property looked nothing like the photo on Expedia. Poorly maintained. The room was ok, very noisy at night. I couldn’t even get into the lobby to check out, I had to do it behind security glass. Was definitely not worth the hefty price tag."

"The front desk staff were very kind and festive, dressed in NC A&T SU clothing"

"The rooms were nice."
