"I know that the water in MI is a hard water, but I was a bit disappointed in the mold and algea stains all around out tub. I would suggest a product I have found at Home Depot that removes these stains, it is EcoLab bathroom cleaner. I am not blaming the staff, as I know that this water creates issues, but it just makes the shower very unappealing. "

"We were in town for our daughter's graduation from college. I ordered just a regular room, but when we entered it, it was a suite. It was a very nice room and I really enjoyed that the bedroom was separated from everything else so that we couldn't hear anyone in the hallway. We couldn't use anything else in the room as we were only there for one evening."

"I didnt like the fact we have to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels and than return them back to front desk afterwards. Such a hassle and still wet ofter the pool. Wish their starbucks did cold drinks too. Wish they did room service. I do love their security and clean rooms. And pool and hot tub was nice."

"Property manager is super sweet and goes overboard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Love this place. It’s quaint and small which makes the customer service even better as they have more time to spend one on one with customers. Love Chelsea. It’s a cute little town with so many things to do. Would definitely recommend this little gem to others. "
