Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling.

"The home is clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer were not available on the premises as indicated. The kitchen supplies were very basic. This made cooking for the family a challenge.
