"Value for money, cleanliness! Very good location, close to all amenities. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only slight drawback is that at peak times the elevator is crowded and you have to queue. The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend."

"Not safe to stay, very dirty, broken faucet, no light in the washroom, sharp edges of tiles( i got cut) and very rude owner. He only wants money. Worst stay ever!! Dont ever stay there."

"I stayed for 5 days and felt very much at home there. I visited for business for the Hong Kong Whisky Festival. It was a great event. The staff in the hotel are always there to help. Tiffany’s Bar has some amazing whisky, beer, wine and spirits. The cocktails are superb! Just ask one of the bar staff for one of their signature drinks. I had the pleasure to eat in the Hoi King Heen restaurant on the lower floor. The meal was outstanding, it was the first time I’d eaten jellyfish. The meals were delicious. Would highly recommend staying there, I’ll stay there again when I return. Cheers, DW"
