"This location provided our blended family an authentic experience in a small village on top of a mountain in Chianti. The house is surrounded by olive groves and wine grapes. The pool was great and the village, literally less than a city block up the road. Folks are incredibly friendly and helpful. "We absolutely adored this stunning hotel in the heart of Florence and couldn’t have been better looked after by the team throughout our stay. From the moment you walk through the door to the thoughtful evening turndown service, every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms are stylish, the bathrooms are modern and beautifully designed, and everything felt light and airy despite the Italian summer heat. The bar and terrace are gorgeous and the perfect place to relax with a drink. Service was a little slow at times, but we quickly realised that’s simply the pace of life in Florence. Don’t be afraid to ask, the staff are more than happy to help. Everyone was warm, friendly and always available when we needed anything, even via WhatsApp. A genuine 10/10 stay. We’d happily return."

"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance. However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."
