"This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at."

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff were nice, but the overall stay was average."

"The place has an amazing view. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It also includes a courtesy shuttle that goes to the city 3 times per day and facilitate to explore the city without and avoid the inconvinient of driving around. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive with the guest. They are always available to answer questions and provide you with valuable information to find things to do around the city."

About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night. Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate. Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9...

"Beautiful property, staff was always helpful. Food was excellent."

"Clean room"

"Perfect location"

"What a great location! This was in the heart of Florence and easily walkable to all of the things that we wanted to see for our short night day. The breakfast was fantastic. The room is facing. The Piazzo were noisy at night, but the music was gone before midnight. The room was quite large! We were very impressed. It was nice that they had coffee and tea available all day long."

"Excellent location, nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!"
