"The property was clean, well maintained and convenient. The shower was very nice. There were only two concerns: the website mentioned an easy walk to aeroville, but the directions given by front desk staff were not clear and we had to try several times to find the route. At check in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and were told no reservations needed. When we arrived 15 minutes early there were people already waiting and the small shuttle didn’t accommodate everyone. We were unwilling to wait a half hour for the next shuttle so had to call an uber. The shuttle was the reason we chose the hotel. Either a reservation system or a larger van would make your customers want to recommend this hotel."

"The property is in a brilliant location 50 feet on the left in next street is a supermarket cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk along street for minutes and you will be at the red train station with the bus station behind on both sides of the road there is shops bakeries restaurants and cafes walk past the rer station for minutes and you will enter the shopping centre the apartment block is done on an art deco theme bright and clean the lift is very efficient our 2 bedroom apartment had a really big bathroom with walk in shower and an extra toilet both bedrooms were doubles and a double sofa bed a kitchen with everything you need fridge freezer microwave kettle the staff are very pleasant you would be hard pressed to find a better place"

"All good except picking up the shuttle from CDG. Pretty much impossible to find the correct pick up point. I had called a couple weeks ahead of time, but was given incorrect info, so as a result we missed the last shuttle of the day and had to pay for a taxi. Fire alarm went off at breakfast, waiter said it was a mistake but took about 10-15 mins to get turned off - kinda' annoying."
