Serene is an absolute waterfront retreat on Brisbane Water in peaceful Point Clare, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Swim in the pool, soak in the heated spa, enjoy direct lake and water access, or gather for alfresco meals, billiards and sunset views - just 75 minutes from Sydney.



The Space:

Set on a picturesque northeast-facing stretch of Brisbane Water, Serene is a light-filled waterfront home designed for family escapes, multigenerational stays and milestone getaways. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan layout connect the kitchen and living areas with the expansive undercover alfresco space, where you can dine beside the water as the sun sets.



The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with polished floorboards; a billiards room with a pool table, game console and board games; two bedrooms; and a bathroom with a separate bath and toilet. Outdoors, enjoy the travertine-edged in-ground pool, heated spa, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area and outdoor fridge at the water's edge.



Upstairs, the master suite has lift access, a private ensuite, separate toilet and its own waterfront balcony. The fourth bedroom also has sweeping water views and balcony access.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the pool, heated spa, outdoor entertaining areas, private boat ramp, direct lake and water access to Brisbane Water, covered boat parking, double lock-up garage and bicycles.



The jetty is privately owned and is not for guests' use. Self check-in is available via smart lock.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, you will need to provide a digital copy of your ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form.



A refundable $2,000 security bond is required for the duration of your stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within 7 days of departure, provided there are no issues. Card details are also required through the same secure form; they are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe, handled in accordance with strict privacy laws, and will not be shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary for payment or authorisation.



Exterior security cameras are on the property. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Long-term stays are allowed.
