"Coming from someone who loves the finer hotels but can't always afford them, I appreciate the "medium rated" hotels and am always impressed when they're nice. This room was clean but IT HAD BEDBUGS! So disgusting! I was on a family vacation and my parent stayed in one of the bedrooms at this place. My dad was completely bitten up. We woke up at 2am. We evacuated that bedroom, slept on the kitchen chairs, couch cushions on the ground, and myself at 8 months pregnant, had to go sleep in my car....

"We booked our family vacation at a different location that was near sea world and other activities we were planning on doing and one with a pool! The night before our trip the hotel called and had to move us to a different location a bit farther away. When we got there there was no pool. "Desk staff were super nice and courteous. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The pool area is great and the pool water was actually warm. The inn is very quaint, but nice. I had been to The Waffle Spot before, but never stayed at the hotel. Decided to stay here since I was planning on going to The Waffle Spot anyways, but definitely happy with my stay so far. Def planning on staying here again."
