"If I had not found this property on the internet, I would never have known it was there. Tucked away between a golf course and the Botanical gardens it was a great find for me as often I find outdoor noise can prevent me from sleeping, but this property was a blessing to find. It was a little bit of a rabbit warren to find my room and to get to a fantastic breakfast, but it was worth it. Next time I return to Geelong, I will be staying here again. "

As a result of this motel we are planning our next trip to Geelong only. The guy at reception was extremely helpful and when we asked if we could change our room to a ground floor room, he obliged but also gave us a room upgrade and at no extra cost. Highly recommend this motel. "

"My wife and I stayed at the guesthouse for the first time last weekend and found it adorable. Everything worked well. Loved the little extra touches the proprietor provides such as a small chocolate on each pillow. Lovely reading room. Especially impressed with the outdoor kitchen and its facilities. Quite unique."

"Amazing place to stay, bed was comfort plus, got upgraded to harbour views, no extra cost, staff were amazing and helpful at reception, bed super plush soft -, views amazing, spa bath is the best yet even though feet didnt reach the end, best restaurant food and was Austrailan and served local veggies, which is hard to find in Melbourne , great location and bottleshop next door"
