Guest Houses in Polk County

"Love the area "

"The property was exactly as advertised and our family had a blast! We visited Legoland, which was about a 45-minute drive away. The property was a very short walk to the resort's amenities. Our family had a great time in the pool, water slide, and lazy river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Publix right around the corner from the resort, so that's a great option to not have to eat out every day. The only downside was the arcade. Several of the games were out of order,...

"We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made everything even better. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!"

"I could not find the house because the address is listed incorrectly. There were instructions to take off your shoes or use covering, but when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet got really dirty. There’s a dark entertainment room/foyer with neons lights/decor, a pool table and some other items that led to the rooms and were nonfunctional."

"Always an excellent stay!"

"The host made it easy to contact him if needed and was very pleasant. The location is perfect for a morning walk around the lake’s. The place was very clean and modern and was nicely equipped and private. My wife and I stayed there with our two adult daughters I grew up in the area and I have a lot of family in the area so we will be staying there again since we live in Pennsylvania and visit home frequently."
