Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. Friendly staff always smiling! A special shout out to Pau at breakfast for making our little boy Ellis smile every morning.

Logement un peu vieillot, aux finitions et équipements en fin de vie (locquet de fenêtre HS, pleintes des meubles décollés, joints de SDB abîmés...). Piscine froide. Pas de reste dans les placards (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, etc...). Prix attractif et localisation intéressante pour visiter l'île.

Der Urlaub war top. Das Zimmer ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wände leider sehr dünn, aber ich habe auch keine 5000€ Bezahlt. Der große Kühlschrank immer Zimmer mit Gefrierfach wurde auch gern für Eis und Wasser genutzt. Jeden Tag abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Essen. Jeden Tag gab es Zimmerservice. Selbst die Kuscheltiere der Kinder wurden liebevoll drapiert. Die viele Auswahl der Pools ist auch schön gewesen.

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Sehr kleines Appartment für drei Erwachsene Menschen, zu kleine und viel zu weiche Betten, unfreundlicher Empang, völlig überhitzes Zimmer in dem man es die ersten zwei Stunden nach Ankunft nicht aushalten konnte (trotz Voranmeldung), unzureichende tägliche Reinigung. Wir würden hier niemals nochmals Urlaub verbringen.

Leuke accommodatie met veel sport mogelijkheden. Je kunt er van alles doen. Dichtbij het strand. Goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in de omgeving. Appartement was wel een beetje verouderd en eigenlijk iets te klein voor 5 personen. Medewerkers van de receptie hebben ons op verzoek kunnen verplaatsen naar een ander appartement en ons zo goed mogelijk geholpen. Het was gelukkig ook niet druk. Ontbijt buffet was uitstekend. Genoeg om uit te kiezen en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zou zo weer terug willen

Wir hatten eines der Appartements. Toll war: der Pool außen (unbeheizt) und innen, Sauna, Fitnessstudio, Rezeption 24h, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die Lage! Sehr schnell und sehr vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst würde ich nicht empfehlen. Der Zustand abgeranzt und nicht wirklich zum wohl fühlen. Wir waren zu fünft. Es gab nur 4 Stühle. Der Balkon war unbenutzbar, weil das ausgeklappte Sofa vor der Tür stand. Sehr schade. Raum war sehr eng, denn auch die Koffer konnten nicht in die Schränke eingeräumt werden, weil das Sofa davor ausgeklappt war. Handtücher teilweise mit größeren Löchern. Wollte man kochen, dann viel Glück. Töpfe und Pfannen waren von sehr schlechter Qualität und sind immer angebrannt. Kein Spüli, kein Ofen (wussten wir vorher). Ausstattung Küche sehr minimal. Nä Mal ein anderes Domizil in ähnlicher Lage

Die Zimmer sind enorm abgenutzt... und sauber sind sie nicht wirklich. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich . Das Frühstück ist auch ganz okay. Ich würde hier nicht mehr wohnen wollen!

Perfect for Cyclists

Perfect for cyclists - recommend booking Half Board (breaky and Dinner) - food is brilliant and very catered for cyclists (lots of it too) Only issue for me was not getting a decent night sleep and WiFi - it was a little flaky in our room but much better as you got closer to the hotel reception.

Overall a great place to visit for a holiday with the kids. Duva was pleasant anf enjoyable for the kids as Luciano the entertainer was welcoming and personable with our family. The apartment was fantastic, we had ground floor and was spacious enough for 5. Just disappointed with finding hoar around the appartimebt when we first arrived. A quick sweep and brush and it was gone. Wouldn't dwell on it but it's the only negative about the place. We opted for AI when we arrived and food was lovely. What would expected for AI. The staff in reception, food Hall, bar areas were friendly and polite. Gym was available for free and cycling on hand in a bunsance if you wanted to hire bikes. Although we arrived in August, families were mainly visiting. However out of school season this is a great location for avid cyclists. We had an option of a quite pool or pool around nar/ entertainment was also good and hogging sunbeds at silly o'clock was none existant. Beds were easily found throughout the day. The hotel is a little walking distance to Port du Pollença and little man did struggle to walk there and back if we decided to eat pit at night. But €7 in a taxi at leady one way was good enough. We kept excursions to a limit but use of the bus helped us venture out to Alcudia, pollensa and Formentor. Would recommend and would go back again for a relaxing chilled out holiday.

We stayed in room 3111, a 2-bedroomed apartment. Hotel location was excellent as we didn't want to stay in a big town - walkable distance to the beach, bus stops nearby, excellent views surrounding the hotel, shops close-by. Property advertised as 4-star, I would give it 3.5 stars really. Some parts of our apartment needed updating - fridge door had rust patches but fridge itself worked adequately (the freezer section left puddles though), cracks in at least two places on the apartment walls (one of which was around a plug socket!), microwave not cleaned since previous guests used it, electrics need reviewing as it kept tripping. Bedrooms clean and tidy – extra pillows, blankets and duvets in the wardrobes. TV in main bedroom as well as living room – only a handful of English speaking channels though. Air-conditioning was great as we went in Aug (it wasn't noisy either). Main twin beds were very comfortable. Two single sofa beds in each of the second bedroom and the living room, a little hard to sleep on – so apartment would sleep 6 people. Kitchen facilities adequate for self-catering. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. Maid comes in most days to empty the bins and make the beds. At least 4 onsite pools and free access to the gym. Free WiFi too. Main negative from me was the occasional odour coming from the floor drain in the bathroom (a design flaw and nothing the hotel staff could have done anything about).
