"Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Kohlebergwerk. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber die totale Ruhe. Wir haben super geschlafen! Das Abendessen kann man im Freien geniessen, gute Auswahl und lecker gekocht. Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

Booked with a sea view, got a view overlooking their restaurant that’s between the hotel and the sea. I did get moved up a floor after a discussion with staff that included highlights as “our definition of sea view is windows in the direction of the sea” - so the view part was irrelevant. They lock the doors at 23:00, they don’t mention this at all during checkin. We were locked...
