"Room was a little small and the bathtub was very narrow and difficult to use/stand in for a shower. You could not open the bathroom door without hitting the toilet right behind it. Room was clean (bathtub had a woman's hair on the wall when first used). Room showing a few signs of wear and no view. TV very small and older."

"The room is very clean and contemporary. The location is close to the train station, about 10 minutes walk. It is right next to a subway station, a small supermarket where I bought water. Across the street there is a flying tiger store and bubble tea shop. Numerous restaurants around. Breakfast is good too."

"Teníamos dos noches reservadas, pero por problemas con nuestro vuelo, solo pudimos quedarnos una noche. El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin..."

"Nice little boutique hotel. Great restaurant and bar area. Excellent location, I don't know if you can get much closer to the action. Staff was helpful and we would go back for sure. Walkable to both train stations which was convenient for travel to Milan or other areas. "

"The room i was given wasn’t the room i paid for. I thought the whole point of a reservation is for your room to be reserved. I was told i had to wait the next day to get the room i actually paid for. So technically i spent only 1 night in my room. Furthermore, the USB C ports in the room were not even working."
