"Where to start,from the list of things stated as being there, no hair dryer,no toaster,my sister demanded one which was then supplied,no coffee machine,no cleaning products,very ill equipped kitchen for self catering,no hangers. There was a fold down bed in the wardrobe which I requested to be removed,my sister provided hangers.
