"This is a nice hotel in a very live and beautiful neighborhood. The view is magnificent, and the beach is great. Pools' hours of operation was really awful; 10 to 18 while it's bright and warm from 7 to 21... I didn't like this part. From reception desk to elevators, there are few steps: no ramp and no body from hotel to help!!! Showering was challenging too as water was hot and became cold in a second."

"I loved this hotel as we came on a girls party holiday so the hotel was 10 min from the strip in walking distance. The hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were abit miserable but helped a lot also. Don’t recommend using this hotel if you are coming for a quiet holiday or with kids as it’s very loud at night as everyone uses the hotel as it’s close to the strip so at night there’s a lot of noises. The only down side is no inflatables in the pool."

"This was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The Level upgrade was worth every penny; the room was spotless and had a great view, was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Level check in more than exceeded our expectations - truthfully I don’t think I have ever received such a warm and genuine welcome. The Level amenities - private pool, dining space - were a really nice perk. The food available throughout the day and the happy hour met most of our dietary needs, although we did occasionally venture out for more diverse meals. Meliá Magaluf set a very high bar for us and we will definitely be back!"
