"Second stay, just as enjoyable as the first. Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size though it can be a bit of a walk from reception and a little maze like. Nice location although the building itself is showing signs of its age. Spa downstairs is well equipped and there are lots of peacocks wandering around the grounds. Area is very nice, close to Snowdon, not too far from Chester or the coast. "

"If you don’t want to stay up till early hours of the morning, best to book somewhere else. We paid a high amount for the room to find we was above the bar with music playing till early hours of the morning."

"Lovely hotel. Room was small but comfortable. Only negative is that the room was cold when we arrived. It took the plug in radiator a few hours to warm up"
