"Everything was fine except the selection of television channels"

"We were very pleased with our stay there and we will stay there again."

"Clean rooms"

"The room was dirty when we arrived. There was garbage in the bathroom, hair on the shower wall, white stuff all over the couch, the carpet was sticky, and there was garbage in the bedroom area as well. Breakfast was interesting to say the least. There was mold on the oranges and things were empty and no one was restocking."

"Easy access to the highway in a very nice neighborhood rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of choices clean area. Had dinner at the restaurant and and service was perfect and delicious."

"The floor in my room was so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. Room 521. I pointed this out the custodial people that were in the hallway right outside my room upon leaving. They didn’t walk in and check for themselves. Whatever they using to clean the floors in the kitchen & living rooom is not right. Whether I had shoes on or bare feet, it was a problem."

"I liked that they worked with you if you had to extend your stay for a while. Only thing is having the rooms clean upon request. They were short staffed but they still did there best. I requested an room.to get cleaned and nobody came, but the staff is very accommodating and I would still give a 10/10. Definitely would recommend, maybe small breakfast for people that are extending there stays as well. Enjoyed my stay! I will definitely come back one day."

"Don't expect a separate bedroom suite (isn't that the very nature of the word) at this hotel! Booked the "Suite, Multiple Beds, Accessible, Microwave (Mobility and Hearing)" which had no images. Very disappointed to find it was just a big open common room."

"Great hotel close to many dining options, friend staff and nice rooms"

"Cockroach in the refrigerator, left within 5 minutes of being there and THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD, gave me some kind of fake receipt showing where I wanted the refund I never received, eventually had to dispute it with the bank!! The property looks NOTHING like the pictures! Run far far away from this place!!"
