"The hotel was perfect for our trip: not too far from downtown Rome (by car or train around 30min ), but away from the crowds and next to the see. Comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast and very professional staff. Clean, in the proximity of lots of restaurants, the beach and promenade. I would definitely choose it again."

"Owner met me at the appointed time, explained all the pertinent information, gave me instruction on accessing breakfast options and more importantly, how to make coffee. Ricardo and Perla are the owners, Riccardo’s English is limited, but Perla’s is excellent. The important information got delivered. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The terrace is large and funky with lots of plants, and seating options. The location is a block from the beach with lots of choices for dining and shopping. I would stay there again and highly recommend! "

"Amazing property! The location is perfect, right near the shops and restaurants in Ostia, but on a quiet and private street. There is a private balcony with a table and chairs and an amazing view of the beach and Mediterranean. There is a lot to do in this area, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and Ostia Antica. The owner, Luigi, was very helpful and accomodating. He met us at our pre-arranged check-in time and went over everything we needed to know. Highly recommended!"
