"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"Worst experience in my 40+ years of travel. Loud, aggressive dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG outside and no one attempts to keep them quiet. I got ZERO sleep and feel like crap this morning. I would have been better off sleeping in the middle of the street- and I have to pay money for this?? Also strong mold smell from bathroom and gas smell if heat is on."

"The only reason I can see why you would stay here is to enjoy the equestrian stable they have on site. We spent three nights with two full riding days. Breakfast was included, and we had dinners here. We went to town for lunch and to sightsee the lake area. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. "Everything was perfect here. The only difficulty was to find the hotel. If you are driving you need to park on a nearby street and walk there. Then they directed us to the parking lot to leave the car over night and we had to walk to the hotel. The will carry all of our luggage on a little van that they have.
