"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

We were able to totally relax in comfort at the house, and were close enough to drive to many of the famous historic Tuscan towns. Massimo was happy to share restaurant recommendations, helpful driving and parking tips, along with anything else we asked of him. His response time to our calls or texts was immediate. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect!"
