"My room looked out dated compared to my sister room which was updated. I don’t understand why it’s like that. They say dogs are welcome but call u if ur dog barking. No microwave in the room . And has to pay for parking per day . Hotel was very high price not worth it to me ."

"Staff were excellent. A few minor issues (iron leaking, phone not working in room, lock not working properly). The room was “clean”. The carpets could use a shampoo along with the couch which had multiple stains and spots. Overall it was comfortable enough. "

"The rooms were fairly priced and the property overall was very nice. I loved the amenities (restaurant, pool, fitness center, and beach access). The staff was always polite and prompt. I would have liked to see the ocean from my window, but according to my husband, the view from the balcony was nice! I couldn't confirm because I don't like high balconies. The only downside to this property was the elevators; they are scary - the noise, the shaking, the uncleanliness. "

"It is ok/fine if you get it for a good price, knowing what to expect at a budget hotel. They ran out of breakfast (which is basically cold cereal and bagels). "

"I am obsessed with the layout of the 1 bedroom king condo suite and how affordable it was for what we got! It was super clean and beautiful, intuitively designed for privacy with beautiful views. The resort property is beautiful and welcoming, we had a blast bicycling around and exploring. Only thing we needed was maybe 5 days there instead of 2.5"

"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"

"This hotel has gone down hill. It is extremely dirty and understaffed. We had this booked again for a stay in a few months and we will be cancelling. I let management know how disappointed we were and they did say new management had taken over and they were working on the issues but we aren’t will to take the risk of staying there again "
