"Appartement délabré et très sale. Machine a laver et secheuse cassé, des pates dans la bouilloires, des dechets sous le lit et sous le canapé, des draps sales, de l'eau chaude pour 3 personnes maximum, une forte odeur de tabac ... Bref, preferrez un squat à cet appartement."
