"Upon check in there was a crackhead rambling to himself directly outside the lobby. According to the staff, he was “harmless”. Definitely a sketchy neighborhood with multiple signs on property basically warning that guests belongings are their sole responsibility. Not a good look… Rooms were cleanish but very basic. Wifi was down (for repairs) during our stay."

"Most of the cardio equipment was broken. Staff needs to be more informed of the hotel’s amenities, specifically how much laundry costs and where to get change for the machines. Instead they gave those who do not read or speak Japanese a form written in Japanese. Make it make sense."
