"It was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was large group of people that were playing music inside and outside. It made my family very uncomfortable. We had to leave and find a different hotel. The hotel didn’t even bother to tell them anything about the noise "

"This hotel was booked for one night prior to a cruise. The basic amenities were decent and the breakfast was a nice benefit. The hotel was overall clean. The reason why I put that this was an average stay is because overall the hotel was a bit dated (older carpet, wallpaper, etc) and the room we had was facing a busy street and freeway, which was very noisy."

"They Upgraded us to a Suite . The breakfast was outstanding. And The Every Staff member we encountered was incredibly professional and welcoming"

"The grossest place i have ever been! This place needs to be shut down. The towels, sheets, and pillows were gross and dirty! Bugs all over! We slept in our clothes, over the bedding and no pillows. If Expedia has any respect for themselves they'll take this place off their website. Someone owes me for staying here. We looked desperately for other hotels close by, but it was too late. "

"Clean rooms but dated . Hall carpet was dated and old . Needs replacement . Staff still hiding behind Covid masks. I guess for international hotel protecting staff ? Breakfast was expensive for what you receive . "

"The property is dirty, the drains were clogged, the staff, although nice, all had different information, they do not charge properly and then try to rectify the problem later in the week. Dogs are allowed to run free on the property, their was a guy fixing cars in the back of the property and he left a mess, the laundry room smells and is never cleaned. I went to use it once and walked right out, the manager is nonexistent, the person at the front on the weekends seems to be half asleep and has no real answers to any question. I asked for a kitchen pack and there were none. The room was basically clean, the bed was very hard and they do nothing about the noise. I wont be staying there again. To much money for what you get. Oh, breakfast is coffee, a granola bar and an almost stale muffin, hard and dry."
