"The house is very spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the property manager was very responsive. There was a small hiccup with check-in (the address listed on the listing map was not the address of the house), but it was fixed right away. We would most certainly stay here again!"

"The layout of this home is perfect for our crew. Four daughters stay together in the room with two queens. The pool is an excellent amenity allowing us to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons napping and poolside. We came three years ago and like it so much we came back. We also appreciate access to the walking path to the Grand Hyatt. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards from the house. We are looking forward to our third trip. "

"We loved staying at Davidson Point Beach House! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. We loved being able to hear the ocean all night. The house had tons of charm. The pool was nice to have when the beach was too windy one day. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom under the stairs had not been cleaned. There were roaches in the corners of the living room that had been there awhile because they were stuck to the floor. The outdoor furniture had not been vacuumed and had dust,...
