"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers especially families with young children. The cleanliness of the villa was unacceptable. There was heavy dust buildup behind curtains and throughout the rooms, the bathrooms were in very poor condition, and there appeared to be bug or rodent droppings in multiple areas. The property is clearly aging, which I could have overlooked if it had at least been properly maintained and cleaned. What was most disappointing was the misleading setup of the “3-bedroom sea view villa.” The rooms are actually separated and not fully connected, which was never clearly disclosed in the listing. Traveling with my four-year-old, two-year-old, and 12-year-old, this setup was completely inappropriate and created unnecessary stress and safety concerns for my family. To make matters worse, we specifically booked this property for beach access, only to be informed after our arrival that the beach would be closed on Saturday for a private event. The scenery itself is beautiful, but overall the stay was absolutely not worth the money paid. Between the poor cleanliness, misleading accommodation layout, and lack of transparency regarding amenities, I would not recommend staying here in its current condition."

"This is a great spot. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains around the corner. It was intimidating to get to with a hidden turn and steep rough drive but that also kept it private. Sangela and Jason are excellent hosts with a cool and engaging vision which added to our experience. It was quiet, clean, cool, well equipped and beautiful. If we weren't on our way to Kingston we'd have happily stayed longer and we will be back."
