Find Hotel with a Concierge in Port Douglas

This aprtment is perfect, roomy and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well, unfortunately it rained 3 days straight so we did not use pool.

My fiancé and I went here with minimal expectations, just looking for a getaway with close access to the Great Barrier Reef. This resort was beyond accommodating. The surpassed our expectations with amazing food, drinks, and service. They also provided us with transport to and from most any location and recommended awesome activities and onsite nature walks!

This is a great hotel in a great location. It is a small, quaint town. We had a wonderful time in Palm Cove. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was warm, not hot. For some reason, the jacuzzi and pool attached to it were heated to the same temperature. The hotel is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. One small note is that a sign informs visitors that swimming is not allowed from November to May (jelly fish).

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it

Fantastic stay! Great room, pool and staff! Looking forward to coming back to Port Douglas

We stayed for three nights over the Christmas holidays, the height of summer. We loved this resort, and our villa was amazing. Our daughter lived in the pool while my husband and I tried to get cool in the AC. Our complaints are similar to others here... the villa wasn't super clean when we checked in. It really just needed to be refreshed and swept. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders/spider dirt in the corners and the floors were dirty. We did notify the front desk, and she offered to have...

The Sea Temple was absolutely beautiful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location was central to everything. The only thing that could use some upgrading is the gym equipment. Otherwise, all was great.

My entire experience was exceptional. I went to the desk the first morning with a huge wish list of things I wanted to do and see, all in my four day visit. Within an hour they had all of my wishes met along with vouchers and itineraries. The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. This was my finale of a 40 day trip to the South Pacific and Australia Unfortunately, my last morning there, I woke up really sick with a virus. The staff was so patient with me while I tried to pack for...

Studio w/ Kitchenette was avsolutely perfect! Clean, modern, and all the cooking and cleaning utensils I need for my 6 day stay. Washer & dryer in the unit was a plus. Bathroom had a tub and shower with separated toilet, like you get in fancy hotels. This room made my stay even more pleasurable and comfortable.

For the most part, this was an amazing hotel. The swim up balcony and spa tip were great, as well as the dishwasher AND laundry facilities in the room! The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, although some were definitely more knowledgeable than others. My main complaints\ is the exhorbatent price for wifi access. A hotel of this caliber should either include it in the room charge, or not offer it at all as its philosophy.

Hotel was nice, rooms were large and clean. Lots of pools to swim in. Staff were helpful. As an American, we were unaware that although the hotel is right on the beach - you can not swim in the ocean due to crocodiles. A very convenient location to do all the day excursions around the area. Overall, a great trip !

I appreciated the helpful hotel staff when we missed our bus. The breakfast buffet is tranquil and satisfying. I loved my time at this hotel.

Pool and hot tub are very nice.

Great breakfast!

We had an incredible time at the Daintree Ecolodge! Our family reunited from different parts of the US to visit the Daintree area. The Daintree Ecolodge was a standout experience! Rob was so incredibly helpful as was the rest of the staff. The rooms were beautiful, nestled right into the forest. What a magical place. The food was amazing. Breakfast was soo good and we also had the dinner during our stay which was a highlight for all of us with a varied and delicious menu. Our family loved this...

Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel's cafe.

Had a great experience! It's a great place to stay. The family is really friendly and informative of everything that North Queensland has to offer. The resort is quiet and secluded. The beach is just across the road, with a great breakfast place across the road.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean room. Air conditioner is not that cold otherwise great stay close to all
