It was in a good spot for easy access to the shops and also to the beach, though it took a bit of walking. It was very comfortable and had a washing machine and dryer just outside our door, which was handy. Small things were that one of the chair seats was a bit loose and the blind at the window became stuck. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

The hostess was a huge help in finding out my ride back to Cairns, helping me book a fishing trip, when one that I had fell through, then finding me ride to go fishing, she went above & beyond. THANK YOU very much. The laundry was great also. I’d been on the road almost 3 weeks before boarding a cruise next Tuesday. Now have some clean clothes.

We had a room on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. It was great, the facilities were nice and clean and it was quiet too. Not having any kids there made a huge difference noise wise. I would definitely go back and stay again. Just a short walk to the town centre with everything you need for a good holiday right there.

Great location just a 2 minute walk to the main shopping/bars/restaurants yet still very quiet at night. The one bedroom on the first floor (11A) was fantastic with a large balcony.
