I had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly even if you were just passing them in the hallway or elevator. The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the soaps and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The product was amazing and kept the bathroom organized and clean. From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. We had an amazing stay at the ranch. The rooms were impeccable. The service was perfect. The property was peaceful. Walk around at night....you won't be disappointed. My only critique is that we could not get room service on Valentine's day. Aside from the fact that we just wanted privacy, two fixed price $95 dinners with lobster/ribeye doesnt make sense for vegetarians. Guests at the ranch should be able to get room service and whatever they want.
