Die Terrasse liegt direkt an einem Park mit riesigen Bäumen, so dass man beim Frühstücken manchmal Eichhörnchen und Papageien beobachten kann. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt bei Hitze für Abkühlung. Lucienne wohnt direkt nebenan, verhielt sich aber diskret und war eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieterin, die immer hilfsbereit war und jederzeit ein nettes Wort für uns hatte. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter."
