"My room was tidy, but worn a bit as one might expect for an elderly old boat. The lack of air-conditioned in the room made sleeping difficult, as did the person snoring in the next room through the thin walls, not to mention the typical other guests talking loudly outside the room at 2 AM. My room was adjacent the gangway, which provided a symphony of banging and clanging well past midnight. It sounded like dumpsters being emptied all through the night. No coffee in the room, but an unenthusiastic barista will serve you at the cafe when it opens at 6. So, get a room on the starboard side, away from the lifts, enjoy the history, but do not expect the elegance that history implies."

"I would have liked an iron (not just a steamer in the room), and better understand how to ask for clean towels for my week stay. Otherwise, a delight- great bed, great layout, adorable place. "
