"It was perfect sized for what we like to do. Love having the separate sleeping space, and just enough living space to do a puzzle or two, if the weather isn’t great. Beach right off of 9th isn’t the best since they have some beach fortification rocks in the water and two giant storm drain pipes, but a half block south on the beach is prime space."

"Good house, great porch. Good amount of parking directly in front of the house. Very clean and nice amenities included with the stay. Only downside was the bedframe in the primary bedroom must be relatively new as the door couldn’t shut past it. Hoping that gets fixed going forward. Also the cleaning crew was still operating past our check-in time leaving some of us waiting out front for 15 minutes or so. Not that big of a deal. Would come back again."

"We had a great stay at Rick and Ana's place! They were super communicative ahead of time, answering my questions and giving general info. We were in town for a triathlon in Atlantic City. They very graciously gave us an extra hour for checkout so we could get back to the condo to shower and pack up after the race and it was just what we needed. "We had a lovely family vacation staying in the pineapple pad! It is in such a wonderfully convenient location. With 2 young kids, it's normally a hassle to get everything down to the beach, but the included beach cart was the best! We had our own beach toys, but they had so many toys and boogie boards everyrhijg you would need. The beds were very comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying again!
