"Basic room in a tranquil location, could do with a bed side table. Breakfast provided was good. No on-site food or bar for other meals, but supermarket and other restaurants within walking distance. Staff were amazing."

Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill Other than that highly recommend"

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."
