"Good location to all site seeing. Close to restaurants, shops and market. Back of property room lacked natural light and privacy. Elevator is available. Bathroom modern and spacious. Good size comfortable bed. Reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic but adequate with fantastic roof top views of city. Parking is hard to find and charged 25euros a day. Aircond in room was quite poor and not sufficient. Can’t use rooftop bar or restaurant without a booking is disappointing for guests."

"Perfect place at good price, all benefits of highest price hotels, as far as the room and hotel go. Noise reduction frames on the windows that work perfectly but you can choose to leave open or close, blackout fitted to frames and always on air conditioning. Very high standards that are not so common even in more expensive places. Although there is no bar nor restaurant but there is a lovely breakfast room for guests who want to order breakfast. In-house bar and restaurant are not needed nor of any benefit, as you are just around the corner from the busiest cafe, restaurant street in Palermo. And a proper hotel reception, 24 hrs, Thun famous ceramics shop just on way to central Palermo, you can walk to central Palmero in 10 to 15 minutes, well worth dropping by. A uniquely Sicilian Trend gear, T Shirts, hats etc. shop is just near the book shops, also a must. Both in strolling distance from the Hotel."
