"Wonderful small hotel in a great location. Large rooms with beautiful 20foot ceilings and a nice breakfast. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Had a rainy day and enjoyed just hanging out in the room most of the day. Just a great place in Lucca."

"The property has very small rooms, extremely small showers, beds and pillows were very hard, there was not enough seating at breakfast to accommodate all the guests. My hotel room was in a separate building so I had to walk out in the rain to get to breakfast. Don’t think it should be in that price range"

"An amazing 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. The upper level provides breathtaking views of the mountains and key sites within the walls. Cristiano, our host, lives next door and was ever so helpful. The location is perfect as it is within the walls and just minutes by foot to all the key touristy points as well as lesser known places. It was so quiet that when opening the. Pots to the patio and balcony the sounds of songbirds was the first sound heard!"

"Great base , quiet, just outside city walls, very close to tunnel to walk into the centre. Kettle in room to make a cup of tea, not usually found in Tuscany! Only down side no hot food at breakfast."

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."

"This was an all time favorite rental. We loved the location, the layout of the space was perfect for traveling with our adult daughter. It was clean, the space was beautifully cared for and remodeled and the host went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here!"
