"Location was excellent. There was an unpleasant odor upon arrival, we could not identify. Odor lingered throughout our stay. Although it was clean. Comfortable beds. Furniture in living room and dining room could use a refresh. Sofa was torn. Small table broken leg. Seats in dining room very worn. Balcony was delightful, great sunrise. Nice water view."
