"Tropical Paradise at Ecotica Boutique Hotel If you are looking for an authentic and intimate Costa Rican experience, Ecotica Boutique Hotel in Manuel Antonio is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like "hotel guests" and more like welcomed friends in a private jungle sanctuary. The staff here truly understands the "Pura Vida" spirit. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. One of the most magical parts of staying at Ecotica is that you don't even have to leave the property to see Costa Rica’s famous residents. The hotel is beautifully integrated into the rainforest, and we were treated to daily visits from: • Monkeys: Playful capuchin and squirrel monkeys • Birds: Stunning scarlet macaws and toucans adding vibrant splashes of color to the canopy.  The Highlight, Spa Services by Maria While the entire stay was fantastic, the absolute standout experience was the spa. Specifically, you must book a session with Maria. Her technique is incredible—easily one of the best massages I have ever had. Maria has a gift for finding every bit of tension and melting it away. Combined with the sounds of the jungle is absolutely incredible! Highly recommend Ecotica! "

"The Falls Resort is such a beautiful place. Animal life everywhere. The food and service was excellent, and the pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is in easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend! "

"This property was clean,with good AC and amazing staff. The breakfast was okay but not outstanding. This hotel is situated in a great area with many options for restaurants and food within walking distance. It is also on the main bus route making it easy and affordable to explore! Thanks so much for the relaxing great days we had ."

"Our room was clean and the staff was outstanding. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. We just thought they would have a little bit more fruit, including bananas. The hot food that was homemade and excellent. The view was breathtaking. Our air-conditioning was great, not to mention the view was amazing The only negative I can say, was we had no Wi-Fi in our room. We’d have to go downstairs to connect therefore, you cannot watch any TV. We had a blackout one night for an hour and a half, but we were already to go to bed, so no problem."

"We had a beautiful time at the La Mariposa! The hotel is beautiful with orchids by the pool side and an occasional visit from the monkeys. The outdoor dining was fantastic and the drinks and food were incredible as well. It is nice to be so close to dining and shops and be able to walk."
